Wyngz of Light provides Scripture-centered apparel, devotionals, prayer resources, and encouragement. This content is offered for spiritual encouragement and does not replace professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.
3. Product Information
We work to present product descriptions, colors, sizing, and images accurately. Screen settings, garment materials, and the made-to-order printing process can cause reasonable differences in color, placement, or appearance. Review all product and sizing information before ordering.
4. Made-to-Order Products
Products are created after an order is placed and fulfilled through third-party production partners, including Printful. Production usually begins quickly. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
5. Prices, Payment, and Orders
Prices and availability may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, product unavailability, or other reasonable business concerns. If a paid order is canceled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded.
6. Shipping
Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of delay can arise from carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control. The current Shipping Policy is incorporated into these terms.
7. Returns and Refunds
Made-to-order items are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or color preference. Eligible quality and fulfillment problems must be reported within the stated claim period.
8. Intellectual Property
The Wyngz of Light name, logo, original artwork, website design, written content, devotional material, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Wyngz of Light and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without written permission. Scripture quotations remain subject to the rights and terms applicable to their source.
9. User Submissions and Communications
Information submitted through contact or prayer forms must be lawful and must not infringe another person’s rights. Do not submit payment information or other unnecessary sensitive information through these forms. Submission of a prayer request does not create a confidential professional or clergy relationship.

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, Printful, payment processors, and shipping carriers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.
